- I have been using this software since 6 and a half years i.e. long before it was commercialized and am completely satisfied with it. Prior to its usage, I also used to write prescription by hand but now I use pen only to write my signature. This software has changed a lot in the way I examine patient. I now tend to spend more time in the analysis of the patient’s condition which helps me in making better judgement.
The save case feature of the software is simply amazing as there are only few things which needs to be written while most of the other things are pre filled thus making the process of creating prescription faster. Though in the initial days it took some time to get used to this software but now I just can’t live without it. - We have a team of 3 ophthalmologists in the hospital so we needed a software which can be used by all. Each doctor tend to have their own preferences which includes separate case pro forma, medicine list, patient list etc.
This software from ‘Aarohi Softwares’ satisfies all our needs. The 3 doctors now use the same software with separate preferences while the report section provides the consolidated view of the patients examined by each doctor.
The registration module of the software was installed remotely from Bangalore thus avoiding the need for any company personnel to be physically present during installation. This comes handy when we face any issue for example recently there was an issue related to duplex printing which was resolved remotely without the need for a company personnel to visit the hospital. This helped a lot in reducing the time needed to resolve the issue.
